"Unbelievable. I feel like i left a cheap used car lot As far as your reply to this review I did appreciate your efforts UNTIL I DISCOVERED THAT I DID NOT HAVE $1.M in liability on rental property and not a call, not a text or e mail. It wasn't until i asked that i discovered not being covered. There is NO EXCUSE! Is Skye still selling used cars? Update: 2-16-2025 On a rental property with several units/ areas was written be Ske with aptartment A behind the address. After calling citizens it turns out that as i though upon receiving a bill its APARTMENT A ONLY THAT IS INSURED , NOT THE ENTIRE BUILDING AS PER MY REQUEST. I have been ill and evidently Sky thought that she could get over on the old white guy in Arabi. On my first call my wife asked if Sky was overly friendly and being new orleans i gave Sky the benefit of the doubt until her over the top friendly / flirty behavior continued as ongoing. I HAD ALL OF MY POLICIES MOVED TO ANOTHER STATE FARM BROKERVWHO IS HAPPY TO HELP AND SHOWS A FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY IN WRITING MY POLICIES CORRECTLY. REQUESTED A CALL FROM LEIGH ANN THE AGENCY OWNER OR SHE WOULD HERE FROM MY ATTORNEY. WE HAVE ONE YEAR FROM OCCURRENCE OR FINDING OUT ABOUT DEFECT (SOL) statute of limitations runs one year. It will be money well spent on legal fees for DAMAGES. SHE YOU AT THE DEPOSITIONS. WHATEVER YOU DO STAY TFAway !"
